This will be my final post, as my program is now over. As I sit on my couch contemplating the words needed to best convey my feelings, I realize this: no experience has ever shaped me as this one has. You are all well aware of the trials and tribulations that plagued me during the beginning of my adventure, but you may not be privy to the fact that I survived and thrived after an adjustment period. I cannot attribute such success to myself because it belongs to the multitudes of brilliant people God placed in my life. Each and every one of them helped me along my journey in ways untold. I gained lifelong friends who bestowed their love and encouragement upon me during each step of the way. I can no longer imagine what I would be if I hadn't had the honor of working and growing alongside such people.
As a side effect of completing my program, I have decided that I can handle anything. I have been to rock bottom and have been raised up to a place of higher understanding and tolerance to the real world and its problems. But, by no means do I think I am a "grown-up" who can do everything on my own. While this experience taught me how to push myself to the edge, then throw myself over, it taught me that the relationships we build are the most important keys to success.
To all who I have had the pleasure of meeting because of Disney World: thank you. Words simply cannot express the gratitude and love I feel for you. You have all graced my existence with your presence.
To all who I will be re-joining in the "real world:" I've missed you! I'm excited to see you all again and start my next adventure!
Until next time, HAVE A MAGICAL DAY!
SEE YA REAL SOON!
Hugs and Wishes,
Becca
